Credit Cards / Firecash
 

Poker Piazza is an authorized member of the Firecash Merchant Network. We use Firecash to process all our Visa and MasterCard deposits. Funding with Firecash, there is a 3% fee however Poker Piazza has a rebate program where you get $3 rebated for every 100 raked games you play. If your Credit Card is declined for any reason (generally your Bank will not allow gaming transactions) please use an alternative method.

Cashier's Check or International Money Order


Members can use a cashier's check, certified check or international money order (personal checks will not be accepted) made payable to Digital Ace.

We suggest you use a courier service such as DHL, Airborne, or Fed Ex. Couriers must deliver to a physical address so use the address below. Your deposit should reach our offices in 3 business days however please allow an extra week for your funds to clear before it gets credited to your poker account.

If you prefer to use regular air mail, use the following P.O. box. Please allow up to 4 weeks for chq to arrive and clear prior to funds being credited to your poker account.

Cash Out Procedures (North America)


Cash outs can only be processed by our head cashier during business hours. Poker Piazza can process your cash out in your choice of the following methods. You can choose your method by selecting appropriate button in CASHIER.

 

  1. NETeller- This is our preferred way. Please allow between 24 and 48 hours for us to process your NETeller cash out request.

     
  2. Check- Checks can be express mailed to you at following cost: USA- $25, Canada - $30

     
  3. All outstanding credit card charges will be credited FIRST before any other payout methods

Allow up to 4 business days to receive at your address. Customer picks up fees. Absolutely no regular mail cash-outs.

Cash Out Procedures (Europe)
The only fast and affordable cash-out method we suggest our European customers is Western Union. As with any other Western Union cash-out, customers pick up fees. Allow up to 24 hours for processing.

We only allow one cash out request per player per week.
